(2) The Company may change seat configurations, opening hours, and the types and prices of admission passes according to cafe operating circumstances. Changes will be posted on the Site. Reservations confirmed before a change remain subject to the terms and prices in effect when they were made. (3) Transactions conducted through links to external services, such as "Shop" or "Naver Booking," are subject to the terms of the relevant external service. Article 5. Interruption of the Services (1) The Company may temporarily suspend the Services for reasons such as maintenance, replacement or malfunction of computers or other information and communications equipment, or interruptions in communications. However, it will make its best efforts to announce such interruptions before or after they occur. Chapter 2. Membership Management Article 6. Registration (1) Users apply for membership by entering their information in the Company's registration form or providing external account information through social login, and agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. (2) The Company will register an applicant unless any of the following applies: 1) The applicant previously lost membership for violating these Terms. 2) The registration information contains false statements, omissions or errors. 3) The applicant is under 14 years of age. 4) A member is already registered with the same email address. 5) The Company determines that there is another significant technical impediment. (3) Members must promptly notify the Company of changes to their registered information by updating their profile in My Page. Article 7. Social Login (1) Members may link their Naver, Kakao or Google accounts to their Site account to log in. Accounts may be linked or unlinked in My Page. (2) If the email address of an external account used to sign up through social login matches an existing member's email address, it will be automatically linked to the existing account only if that member has completed email verification. If the email address has not been verified, the Company will refuse linking to protect the account. (3) A member who has no password and only one linked external account cannot unlink that account. (4) Management, security and usage restrictions for external accounts are governed by the relevant external service's terms and policies. Members bear any losses caused by negligent management of their external accounts. Article 8. Account Deletion and Restrictions on Use (1) Members may request account deletion at any time in My Page, and the Company will process the request without delay. Before deleting their account, members must cancel upcoming reservations and request a refund for unused multi-visit passes under Article 15. After account deletion, reservations and multi-visit passes cannot be viewed or canceled on the Site. (2) The Company may restrict or suspend membership if a member: 1) Registers false information. 2) Fails to attend a reservation (a no-show) or repeatedly makes and cancels reservations, interfering with other users' access. 3) Interferes with other users' use of the Services or misappropriates their information. 4) Engages in conduct prohibited by law or these Terms, or contrary to public order and good morals. (3) The Company may terminate membership if the same violation occurs two or more times or is not corrected within 30 days. Membership registration will be canceled upon termination, and the member will be given at least 30 days beforehand to present an explanation. (4) In the following cases, the Company may give notice within 3 days of learning of the conduct and then immediately terminate membership or permanently restrict use of the Services: 1) Using the Services by misappropriating another person's identity or information. 2) Making improper payments or improperly using the Company's systems. 3) Causing physical or psychological harm to Company staff, including verbal abuse or assault. Article 9. Notices to Members (1) The Company may send notices to a member's registered email address. (2) Notices to an unspecified group of members may be posted on the Site for at least one week instead of being sent individually. However, matters that materially affect a member's own transactions will be notified individually. Article 10. Obligations of the Company (1) The Company will not engage in conduct prohibited by law or these Terms and will make its best efforts to provide continuous and stable Services. (2) The Company will maintain security systems to protect users' personal information and comply with its Privacy Policy. (3) The Company will endeavor to resolve complaints from members that it recognizes as justified. (4) The Company will not send unsolicited commercial advertising emails or text messages to users. Article 11. Members' Account Management Obligations (1) Members are responsible for managing their accounts, including email addresses, passwords and linked external accounts, and must not provide or share them with third parties. (2) Members who become aware of an account compromise or use by a third party must immediately change their password and notify the Company. Members bear any losses resulting from failure to do so. Article 12. Obligations of Users (1) Users must comply with these Terms, the Company's usage policies and instructions, and applicable laws. (2) Users must not: 1) Register false information. 2) Misappropriate another person's information. 3) Alter information posted on the Site without authorization. 4) Infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties. 5) Damage the reputation of or interfere with the business of the Company or third parties. 6) Repeatedly make reservations without intending to use them, or repeatedly make and cancel reservations to hold seats. 7) Access the Site or collect content using automated tools, such as crawlers or macros, without the Company's prior consent. Chapter 3. Reservations and Payments Article 13. Seat Reservations and Admission Passes (1) Online reservations are available only to members. Members apply by specifying the date, start time, duration, seat or seat group, and number of people on the Site. New visits may start on a date from the booking request date up to one month ahead, in Korea Standard Time (KST). (2) Pass types, durations, prices per person and additional-hour charges are shown on the reservation screen. Users must check them before paying. (3) A reservation for a group containing multiple seats does not assign a specific seat. Users take available seats within that group in order of arrival. (4) Reservations are confirmed when payment is completed or multi-visit pass credits are deducted. Unpaid reservations automatically expire after a specified period of 10 minutes, and the seats become available to other users. (5) The Company may refuse a reservation or cancel a confirmed reservation if: 1) The application contains false statements, omissions or errors. 2) The applicant's membership has been restricted or terminated. 3) Seats cannot be used at the requested time for reasons attributable to the Company, such as closure or facility problems. Refunds will be provided under Article 18. 4) The Company determines that there is another significant technical impediment. (6) If a user does not attend before the reserved time has passed (a no-show), the admission pass is deemed used and is non-refundable. (7) For direct bookings created on or after October 8, 2026, the maximum service period is one month from the original payment approval. The entire visit, including overnight use and extensions, must finish within that period. For bookings confirmed entirely with multi-visit pass credits and no separate payment, the period starts at the original booking confirmation. Changes and extensions do not restart this period. The deadline uses the same calendar day and time in KST, or the last day of the target month if that day does not exist, and is shown in the booking details. This rule does not change the validity of the multi-visit pass itself, the terms of bookings created before the effective date, or statutory refund rights. Article 14. Orders for In-Store Products (1) Users may order in-store products, such as drip coffee bags, tea bags and merchandise, together with a seat reservation. Products are collected at the cafe at the reserved time; the Company does not ship products. (2) Product names, prices, descriptions and photos are shown on the reservation screen. Product charges are paid together with the admission pass charge. (3) Canceling a reservation also cancels the products ordered with it. Payments will be refunded under Article 17. Article 15. Multi-Visit Passes (1) A multi-visit pass is a prepaid product for 5 seat-use sessions. One credit covers 3 hours for one person. Credits are deducted proportionally for additional people or additional usage beyond 3 hours. Additional time shorter than a 3-hour unit and overnight passes cannot be paid for with a multi-visit pass and must be paid for separately. (2) Multi-visit passes may be used only by the purchasing member and cannot be transferred. For new purchases initiated on a screen displaying this amended policy, the first visit must finish within 1 month and all visits within 12 months of original payment approval. The first visit is completed when a confirmed booking ends, not when it is booked or credits are deducted; no-shows count as use. Before completing the first visit, only visits ending within the 1-month deadline may be booked. Booking dates and changes also follow Articles 13 and 17, and both the individual booking deadline and the pass deadline apply. Changes, restored credits after cancellation and extra-time purchases do not extend the pass deadlines. All use, including extensions, must finish within the applicable deadline. Months are calculated using the same calendar day and time in KST, or the final day of the target month if that day does not exist. Remaining credits cannot be booked or used after the deadline. Specific deadlines are shown in My bookings. Passes purchased under the previous policy retain their original validity terms, including no expiry where applicable. Expiry alone does not remove refund rights under paragraph (3) or applicable law. (3) Only unused multi-visit passes may be refunded in full by contacting the cafe or customer support at thinkingcabinet@gmail.com. Partially used pass purchases are not refundable. Any bookings currently using credits must first be canceled and their credits restored. A pass cannot be used once refund processing begins, and its remaining credits expire when the refund is completed. (4) Credits used for a canceled reservation are handled under Article 17 and the administrator’s credit restoration choice; they are not refunded as cash. Credits on refunded passes cannot be restored. Article 16. Payment Methods (1) Admission passes, multi-visit passes and products purchased on the Site are paid for using electronic payment methods offered by the Company on the Site, such as Toss Payments. (2) The amount payable is the amount displayed on the Site at the time of payment. The Company does not charge any additional fee, under any name, for the user's payment method. Article 17. Reservation Cancellations and Refunds (1) Users may cancel a reservation in My Page up to the day before the scheduled visit. The Company will refund the full amount paid without delay. (2) Bookings may be changed only by moving the date, time or seat while preserving the payment amount, duration, guest count, menu items and pass credits used. Customer-requested changes, cancellations and refunds are unavailable on the scheduled start date (Korea Standard Time). The new start date must be after today and within one month of the change request, and the visit must also finish by the deadline in Article 13(7). If the requested seat is unavailable, the original booking remains unchanged. An administrator may process same-day changes, cancellations and refunds with the Company’s separate approval. Admin changes must also stay within one month of the change request and the service deadline in Article 13(7). For administrator cancellations, the refund amount agreed between the Company and the customer (within the paid amount, including no refund) and whether to restore used pass credits are applied and recorded. (3) Refunds are processed by reversing the original payment. Completion may take several days depending on the payment provider. (4) When a reservation confirmed using a multi-visit pass is canceled, the deducted credits are restored. (5) Reservations received offline, including by telephone, must be canceled by contacting the cafe. (6) Detailed rules, including cancellation deadlines, are displayed on the reservation screen. Users must check them before paying. (7) Considering the nature of services provided at a specified date and time, the cancellation and refund rules in this Article operate in place of withdrawal of an offer under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. If the Services differ from their description or advertising, or are performed differently from the contract, users may request cancellation and a refund within 30 days of becoming aware of that fact. Article 17-2. On-site Orders and Time Extensions (1) On-site ordering is members-only self-service. Regular items do not require a reservation and may be used after payment approval on the payment date, or until 8 AM at the end of the same overnight visit. (2) Extensions apply to a reservation linked to the member. One unit adds one hour for one person, with equal added time for everyone selected. Extensions continue from the original reservation end, or from the end of an already paid extension. Purchase after the original visit ends is allowed, subject to seat availability throughout the added interval. Multi-visit pass credits are not deducted. For bookings covered by Article 13(7), added time must also finish by the original booking’s service deadline; an extension purchase does not restart that period. (3) Members may cancel unused regular items by confirming non-use and choosing quantities before midnight on the payment approval date (KST). Self-service cancellation closes at 00:00 the next day, including for items used during an overnight visit. Refund requests accepted before the deadline continue to be processed even if completion occurs afterward. Extension units may be cancelled individually before the extension starts. After it starts, contact the cafe for refund review. The previous-day reservation cancellation deadline does not apply to separate regular on-site items. (4) Only selected items and quantities are cancelled in a mixed order. Remaining quantities and amounts update after the original payment method confirms the refund. Partial extension refunds do not identify an individual person or automatically redistribute seats or end times. Seat holds are released when all extension units in the order are refunded. The original reservation remains separate. Article 18. Refunds for Reasons Attributable to the Company (1) If a confirmed reservation cannot be honored for reasons attributable to the Company, such as closure or facility problems, the Company will notify the user without delay and issue a refund or take measures to issue it within 3 business days of receiving payment. (2) If a refund is delayed, the Company will pay late-payment interest for the delay at the rate prescribed by applicable law. Chapter 4. Copyright and Personal Information Article 19. Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use (1) Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Company, including the Site's text, images, logos, designs and source code, belong to the Company. (2) Without the Company's prior permission, users must not reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, broadcast or otherwise commercially use information obtained through the Site in which the Company owns intellectual property rights, or allow third parties to do so. (3) Book and music information and certain images, fonts and icons provided on the Site may be subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective owners. Their copyrights belong to those owners. Article 20. Protection of Personal Information (1) The Company collects only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Services. (2) When collecting and using personal information, the Company informs users of the purpose and obtains their consent in accordance with personal information protection laws. (3) The Company may not use collected personal information for purposes other than those stated. It will obtain users' consent if a new purpose arises or the information is provided to a third party. (4) Details on personal information protection are governed by the Privacy Policy separately posted on the Site. Chapter 5. Miscellaneous Article 21. Provision of Information and Advertising (1) The Company may provide information relating to operation of the Services through the Site, email, text messages and other channels. Advertising information is sent only to members who have consented to receive it in accordance with applicable law. Article 22. Compensation for Losses (1) The Company will compensate users for losses caused by the provision of the Services or changes to their content, unless it is established that the Company acted without intent or negligence. (2) A user who causes losses to the Company by violating these Terms must compensate the Company for those losses. Article 23. Disclaimer of Liability (1) The Company is not liable for an inability to provide the Services due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, war or interruption of a telecommunications carrier's services. (2) The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising through the Services between members or between members and third parties and is not liable for resulting losses. (3) The Company is not liable for losses caused by outages or policy changes of external services, including Naver, Kakao or Google login, Toss Payments, Naver Smart Store and Naver Booking, unless the Company acted intentionally or negligently. Article 24. Dispute Resolution (1) The Company operates customer support at thinkingcabinet@gmail.com and 010-2944-4455 to address users' legitimate feedback and complaints. (2) The Company prioritizes complaints and feedback. If prompt resolution is difficult, it will immediately notify the user of the reason and the expected handling schedule. (3) If a user seeks redress concerning an electronic commerce dispute with the Company, the dispute may be submitted to mediation by a dispute resolution body designated by the Korea Fair Trade Commission or a city or provincial governor. Article 25. Jurisdiction and Governing Law (1) The court with jurisdiction over electronic commerce disputes between the Company and users is determined under the Civil Procedure Act. (2) Lawsuits between the Company and users are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Supplementary Provisions (1) These Terms take effect on April 27, 2026. (2) The amendments dated August 26, 2026 take effect on August 26, 2026. They add provisions on reservations, multi-visit passes and social login; remove provisions on reward points, discount coupons, user posts and shipping to reflect the scope of the Services; and specify business information. (3) The amendment dated September 29, 2026 takes effect on that date and changes the online payment provider to Toss Payments, specifies date/time and seat changes at the same price, and clarifies that same-day changes, cancellations and refunds are unavailable. (4) The amendment dated October 5, 2026 takes effect on that date and specifies full refunds for unused pass purchases and suspension of pass use during refunds. (5) The October 6, 2026 amendment applies when on-site ordering becomes available and describes members-only self-service, time extensions, cancellation by item and quantity, and the deadline for self-service cancellation of unused regular items before midnight on the payment date. (6) The amendment dated October 7, 2026 takes effect on that date. It expands advance booking to two months and applies a three-month service period from original payment approval, including changes and extensions, to direct bookings created from that date. Earlier bookings retain their original terms. (7) The October 7, 2026 pass-policy amendment applies to new purchases initiated on a screen displaying the amended policy. The first visit must finish within 3 months and all visits within 12 months of payment approval. Changes and restored credits do not extend these deadlines. Existing passes retain their purchase terms. (8) The October 8, 2026 amendment applies to new direct bookings and pass purchases initiated on the amended purchase screen. Advance booking and completion of each booking are limited to one month from its original payment approval, or that booking’s confirmation if no separate payment is made. Pass validity is 1 month for the first completed visit and 12 months for all visits under Article 15. Earlier bookings and passes retain their purchase terms.
